RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your regular priced merchandise within 20 days from the delivery date for an exchange or store credit only. Promotional items are Final Sale. Please note that shipping charges/import duties are non-refundable.

Please fill out the return form on the back of the invoice included with your order. If you need a new return form, please email us at info@papiliokids.com for assistance.

What happens next?

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 15 days to process your return.

Store credit will be sent to you via email, we will also keep your store credit on file in our database. Store credits issued by PapilioKids have no expiration date and can be used in conjunction with any store sale or promotion.

Exchange:

We accept exchanges for items that are either defective or shipped incorrectly. Defective items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Examples of defective items are but not limited to:

  • Discoloration or fabric bleeding
  • Marks, stains, and blemishes (caused during manufacturing process)
  • Sewing or manufacturing flaws
  • Incorrect indicated size

Incorrectly shipped items are items that were packaged incorrectly or on rare occasion, shipped to the wrong customer.

If any of the above applies to your order we will replace the item to you at no cost and will provide a prepaid postage label to send the exchange item(s) back.  We will also ship the replacement item to you at no cost. Please contact us if you need further assistance with an exchange process.

Returns:
All approved returns will be issued store credit only. Our return policy is only good for 20 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange if 20 days have passed since your order was delivered.

ALL RETURN ITEMS must be received within 20 days of delivery date and should meet the following criteria:

  • All item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with all tags attached to garments and are in sale condition
  • Please include the completed Return form for us to process your return request
  • Please mail the completed Return form along with the item(s) for return to the address on the form
  • If your item is defective we replace it and ship it to you at no cost to you

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Once your return is approved store credit will be issued to you and instructions will be sent to you via the email you provided when you placed an order. Orders with special offers or discounts will have an adjusted store credit amount. Store credits issued by PapilioKids have no expiration date.

Additional Information:

If we receive non-qualifying returns/exchanges, we may charge you up to $20 for shipping to send the items back to you. Any item that is returned more than 20 days past the delivery date will not receive store credit. The item(s) will be shipped back to you. Please be sure to understand the return/exchanges criteria prior to sending your package to us or call/email us if you have any questions to be sure there will be no problems with your return/exchange item.

We may issue partial store credit at our discretion if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Shipping a Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1072 St Clair Avenue West, Toronto, ON, Canada, M6E 1A5. PapilioKids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for items sent back without a delivery confirmation or tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
