SHIPPING POLICY

All PapilioKids products are manufactured in Europe and shipped to our warehouse in Canada. Please note that you pay only for shipping from our warehouse in Toronto, ON.

After your parcel has arrived to us, it takes a few days for our department to process and send it to you. Standard delivery from our manufacturing site to warehouse in Canada is approximately 2-8 weeks.

Shipping within Canada, USA and Mexico
PapilioKids ships orders through the Canada Post Service. The delivery cost is based on the total purchase amount.

Alternative shipping methods may be arranged by contacting our customer service department at info@papiliokids.com.

International shipping

For international orders, please email us directly for shipping charges to your country and to place an international order. All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

If you are unsure about the rules in your country, or for more information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.

PO Boxes 
PapilioKids does notship to PO boxes.

Orders With Multiple Products
Orders of multiple products with the same shipping address are shipped when all products are received and the order is complete.

Change of Shipping Address
You may request a change to the shipping address up until the order is received by PapilioKids. For assistance, please contact us at info@papilikids.com

Notification of Shipping 
Notification is emailed the day your order is scheduled to ship from our location to your shipping address. The notification includes the tracking information for your order.

Pick up the order

You may choose the option to pick up the item from Papilio Boutique, the official representative of Papilio Fashion House in North America, located on 1072 St Clair Ave West, Toronto Ontario M6E1A5, free of charge. Simply, choose the delivery option as “LOCAL PICK UP” and your order will be ready for pick up when you receive an email notifying you that your package is now at the store. When you come to pick up your package, please have your I.D. and order number ready. Please note that our physical location is operating by appointments only; please contact us to arrange an appointment with one of our representatives before visiting.

“LOCAL PICK UP” orders will be held for 14 days from the receiving date. If PapilioKids is not notified for a time extension on pick up, and the order has not been picked up the merchandise will be put back into stock and no refund will be issued.

Additional information

PapilioKids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  All orders are shipped with delivery/shipping confirmation from Canada Post.  If your package is confirmed as delivered or shipped, we cannot issue any credits for lost or stolen packages.  Should you not receive your package in a timely manner after you have received your shipping confirmation, please email or call us to inquire about your order.  When leaving a message with our voicemail system, please be sure to include your order number, email address, and complete billing name.  Our normal response time is usually the same business day or next, however please allow up to 48 hours.
